If your video is dropping frames or appears choppy, please try the following: • Close other programs you may have running in the background and keep the VHS to DVD 5.0 program open and in the foreground while you are capturing. • Lower your capture resolution • Easy Wizard Mode: Select the Lower Recording Resolution checkbox in Step 4. Record Setting. • Advanced Mode: Select the Record Settings button in the Capture screen and then the Settings button next to the Format option. • Make sure your VIDBOX is connected directly to your computer and not through a USB hub or USB extension cable. This indicates a possible USB problem.
