Does what it is supposed to. Some users stated that product was not user friendly. If a large amount of data has to be entered for programming, I can see how this could be burdensome. Each channel must be programmed separately; no options to copy/paste CSVs or tables of data.

That includes all options for each channel/frequency desired. For the user needing only to program a dozen or two channels worth of data, the product works just fine. Icom certainly could have done a better job with this one but it does work exactly as described, just not very efficiently.

CHIRP is a free, open-source tool for programming your amateur radio. It supports a large number of manufacturers and models, as well as provides a way to interface with multiple data sources and formats.
